I run this as a small owner run business and I am getting married!! Therefore, I will be on holiday between 14-27th October. However, order processing and fulfilment will continue to run as normal with dispatch from our warehouse the same or next day. Please ensure you write the correct address when ordering, if not, this will cause delays! Also, as we dispatch orders very fast, we will not be able to edit orders after they are placed, so make sure you double check your order before placing it.

In addition, if you have a query about a missing order, then please wait some additional time for postage as this can sometimes be slow and delayed. I will place a replacement order if you order still does not arrive and action any urgent matters when I can.
If your query is about making a return, please note that this is only possible if the item is unused and unopened or if there is a fault. If you send an email, I can confirm returns instructions when I return to work.
